Breaking News: Still more tapes!

Update. On a cursory overview it seems that there are no significant differents. The transcript is fuller and the editing slightly improved.

In the comments section, No Yards reports

Brian Walsh:

I can think of one good reason why Buckets prefers his privacy, he fears the potential of harrassment/retribution by hard core right wing extremists of some type. I've seen the speculation that he is astroturfing, and just for a moment say that is so, how does it change the evidence that exists regarding the multiple versions of these tapes and translations? There is a strong tendency by you on the right to attack the credibility of the person making an argument instead of attacking the argument itself. This is especially true when there is no other way to discredit the arguments themselves, which is currently the position the CPC and the Grewal defenders find themselves in regarding the mysterious alterations of a tape they released themselves.

I read quite a few conservative blogs, and there is an ugly undertone of anger, hatred, and violence being something desirable instead of something to be avoided where ever possible in the comments of many sites. Not wanting to be in such a position of risk is entirely understandable, IMO. So why don't you spend a little less time trying to discredit the blogger and try a little harder to refute the evidence he has provided. After all, your real problem is that these tapes are incredibly suspect, and you have no viable explanation anymore other than intentional alterations. Try to remember it's the message you fight, not the messenger.

Next,

Are these files just renamed ones that we have already heard, with smaller file sizes?

I would ignore this Walsh character. d.c. macdonald hit it right on, and if anyone is interested in popping over to freedominion.ca (warning not suitable for intelligent life) you can catch Walsh's wonderful views on the plight of the "white race" and the dangers of allowing impurities.

I don't think Walsh would be a good choice of an enemy that you should feel comfortable in providing your personal information.

Thanks all. Note to everyone. Trollishness is not allowed. I have 'hair trigger' for deleting polls that are hostile, irrelevant, or annoying. (This is my sandbox--if you don't like it get one of your own.)

(Note the irony, however. Once Mr. Walsh's comments are deleted, other readers are left to imagine for themselves what it is that he actually said.)

DCM. What is astroturfing?

Point for those who are interested in me. Really, I'm flattered, but believe me I'm not the story here.

Astroturfing is a term that means fake grass roots effort. In other words, you are not a simple Canadian citizen but in reality are a political operative/operation masquerading as such. That is what the astroturf business is about.
