F with a possibility to resubmit

Dear student,

Your recent assignment--transcription of tapes of a conversation--must be penalized for being two weeks late. Also, it is so poorly done that I cannot accept it as it is. There are serious gaps and omissions, as well as typos, mispunctuation, and misspelling. (See here, here, here, and here, here, here. All from the first page!) This is simply unacceptable. I'm returning the work to you with an 'F'. If you want to pass this course, please resubmit the work by noon tomorrow.
