Another 13 seconds

The conservative transcript (of what is more or less at 2:15 of the new version of the tape):

GG - That's True
UD - In fact, cabinet can be arranged right away For the other, you don't want to lose the advantage.

But if you listen to the tape, Dosanjh says 'cabinet right away' at 2:15, but 'you don't want to lose the advantage' begins at 2:28. In most of the intervening 13 seconds, it is GG speaking in Punjabi. (I think he may ask 'want Parliament to work?' at 2:21, but I'm not sure.) Anyway, none of this seems to be in the transcript.
