What to look for

Over at Section 15, Mark reviews the legalities: what is the law and what would amount to a breach of it. In short: if Grewal ever asks for anything specifically for a vote ("I will vote x in exchange for a cabinet post/senate seat"), he has broken the law; if Murphy or Dosanjh offer anything specific for a vote ("If you vote x, we will give you y").
