Chimera said...: Strange etymology. A co-worker of mine uses the term "gay" to mean "outrageous." Or sometimes she uses it to mean "cool." Once in awhile, she says it to mean, "Get away from me!" You have to listen very hard to her vocal inflections.

It's one of those expressions that just popped into use from ghu-knows-where, and hopefully it will pop right back out again without being missed.; 12:44 AM

buckets said...: Approval. Click on the images and follow them to another site, where there is a slut-o-meter, which claims to measure 'sluttiness'. These are the results of the two sites, and I thought it was odd that the two sites got such different results. I was trying to make a joke about it. Obviously you didn't find it funny.; 7:55 PM
