Not a good picture. This is what PR guys charge for: they don't let stuff like that happen.
What's that in front of Grewal anyway? Talking points?
I suspect that the organization of this PR is entirely local--the Grewals and their riding associations. But it's pretty amateurish and probably doing more harm than good in the larger public.
